Wed: 9:30 a - 5:00 p

Sun & Mon: Closed

Flo Boutique accepts Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Does Flo have a lay-a-way plan?

Yes and we call it Hold-Away. We require a 25% deposit. We ask that the transaction be completed within three (3) weeks. Thereafter, we retain the deposit and the items are returned to the sales floor.

If a portion of the Hold-Away transaction is cancelled, we retain the deposit of the cancelled item(s).

Hold-Away items are final sale. We do not offer refunds nor exchanges on these items.

What is Flo's return policy?

Flo does not offer refunds. We will exchange the merchandise within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags.
